1、Access and Registration

1、1 All visitors must present valid identification and a photo identification card to enter the library. If you do not have a photo ID, please contact us in advance to request one.

2、Materials Borrowing and Return

2、1 All materials borrowed from the library must be returned on time or face fines. Please check the due date on each item before checking it out and be sure to return it on time.

3、Noise Levels

3、1 We ask that visitors maintain quiet and respectful behavior while using the library. Please avoid talking loudly or using cell phones during library hours.

3、2 If you need to make a phone call, please use the phone provided in the lobby or outside of library hours.

4、Disruption and Disturbance

4、1 Any behavior that disrupts the normal operation of the library, such as yelling, fighting, or using abusive language, will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the building.

4、2 If you need to report an issue or have a question about our services, please contact a staff member immediately. We are here to assist you and will address your concerns promptly.

5、Security and Safety

5、1 The library is a secure building and all visitors must comply with our security measures, including checking bags and purses at the entrance. Any items left behind will be stored for 7 days and may be donated or disposed of if not claimed.

5、2 Visitors must comply with all fire safety regulations and ensure that all smoking materials are extinguished before leaving the building.

6、Children's Guidelines

6、1 Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while visiting the library and must comply with all library rules and regulations.

6、2 Children's materials are available in designated areas and may only be checked out by children accompanied by an adult.

7、Parking and Traffic Regulations

7、1 Visitors are not allowed to park on campus unless they are picking up or dropping off materials or visiting a library staff member. Any parking violations will result in a fine or possible ejection from the building.
